Fresh Produce in Shanghai

While many of the familiar western food items we love are quite expensive in Shanghai, we are saving major moolah by going to the local wet markets for our fruits and veggies.  On this particular trip we came away with 4 heads of lettuce, 4 carrots, 2 zucchini, 5 apples, 1 pear, 2 heads of broccoli, 3 onions, 2 bell peppers, 2 cucumbers, 15 eggs, and rice noodles all for 45 RMB… $7.00.  Sweet!!!
